For 24 hours, the chateau is yours. Only a few miles from Bordeaux, Château Camiac is the ideal spot for weddings.

WEDDING OFFER IN THE CASTLE IN EXCLUSIVE  / WITHOUT HOURLY LIMITATION

Accomodation :

• Location of the Castle until midnight 1 000 €
• Location of the Castle from midnight to midday the next day 9 rooms and suites ( service 16 €/H per person who work after 00H30) 2000 €
  1 free Suite for the newly weds

Option : location of the Relais with 6 junior rooms and 2 wood beam rooms XVIII
Total option : 16 persons more at 800 €

Breakfast 10 persons between 08H00 and 09H30 am 120 €
Music and Dansing in the living room of the Castle

Aperitifs from 18H30 to 20H00 :

In front of the Castle or inside or in the park. 5 “amuses bouches” /pers, glass of champagne, minéral water, fruit juice Package for 70 pers at  5 € : 350 €

Diner at 20H30 :

• “Foie gras” cooked in the cloth
• Back of pikeperch on onion chetney or Sea Bream  filet
• Supreme of duck
• Selection of  cheeses
• Tiered cake or strawberry gateau

Drinks package

• 1/3 bt château Haut Selves blanc
• 1/3 bt château Duplessis;
• Champagne Ruffin, apéritif, dessert et nuit

All the material: vaisselle, verrerie, nappage, etc... : included
Arrangement of flowers on the tables make like you want : included

Night Bar : (from 1H00 am to the end : at the least 7H00 am)
Orange juice, mineral water, 2 digestifs home-made to choose, champagne will be served all the time without a supplement (mignardises et fresh fruits included in the package)

Buffet, Brunch fort the lunch the next day (served in the Relais or around the swimming pool)
Salad buffet, cold meat, cheeses, fruits salad, yoghourt, drinks, coffees, teas, orange juices, mineral water : 30  € / 70 pers : 2 100 €
For a 70 persons event, a chef de rang and 3 waiters will be present.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION :
Deposit 4 000 € to confirm the reservation, Pre payment 2500 € 180 days before, Total at the end of the event
Supplement : staff hours sup from 0H30 am : 20 euros HT /staff untill the complet cleaning of the hotel after the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY : We will charge an amount of 50% of the offer if you cancel between 240 and 180 days before the arrival. The totality is due if you cancel 180 days before the arrival. The deposit charged for your reservation isn’t refundable but transferable to another date.
